Normal sites text background missing

Hello,
since a few days the white background of my text on static sites is missing. Everything is normal on blog arcticles, but static sites are just transparent.
What should I do?

But without your code, there is no background on normal sites. Before it was just a normal site with background behind text and my background image on the sides.
