    Hi,
by using ultimate-members, users with very common email-adresses are blocked – meaning, they have to await admin-approval.

    What can I do?
    Thanks for help

    Hi @tomcat75,

Can you please clarify what do you mean by “blocked”?
Do you use a security plugin?
The Ultimate member plugin doesn’t have this security option, however, please check the “Registration option” section in Ultimate member -> User roles – your user role.
The “Require admin approval” may be turned on.

    Regards.

    Hi,
    thanks for reply!
    I don´t use a security plugin.

By “blocked” I mean the following: new subscribers have to confirm registration. But 15-20 % of users do not receive activation email, nor a second one triggered manually. So my impression was, their emailadresses get blocked by the system.

    Thanks for further help

    Hi @tomcat75

Have you tried installing and setting up an SMTP plugin to fix the email relay issue?

We recommend that you use WP Mail SMTP. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Feel free to re-open this thread by changing the status to “Not resolved” so we can get back to you.
