After reading the thread, I’m not sure how I can help you? I m know Postman works fine with BBpress bcc fields. I also know BBpress itself can be problematic for emails .
I’m getting noreply@ emails being sent. No idea why?

Nope. Postman doesn’t create the email. It just sends them for whoever created them.
From the thread, it’s clearly a BBPress bug that needs to be addressed.
