 * Reviews like this are useless. If I were looking for a forms plugin and came 
   across this review I would have to utterly disregard it. In fact I find this 
   kind of review insulting to both developers and potential users of the plugin.
 * You didn’t indicate the version of WordPress or what specifically didn’t even
   work.
    - Did it not install for you?
    - Did it error out on activation?
    - Are you an angry, competing developer?
    - Did you reach out for support?
