Noo b…wishing to remove a portion of sidebar

    Good day all… This is my first post and am quite new to the wordpress way of things… I am attempting to edit my site which is
    http://loseweightspecialists.co.uk/

    I would dearly love some advice please as to how to edit the menu on the right hand side… In a perfect wordpress world I would remove the top box “Welcome to Arras!” Thank you in advance for the help
