Non-plugin version of Limit Login Attempts Reloaded?

    I have a client site which appears to be using Limit Login Attempts Reloaded. He has the setting panel (including the offer to upgrade to Premium) as if it were installed but there is not Limit Login Attempts Reloaded plugin installed.

    Is it possible the functionality is built into the theme or maybe another plugin?

    I can’t figure it out.

    This is because of a MU installation that GoDaddy does. They install our plugin on all of their WordPress site out-of-the-box. Check out this article.

    So why are the IP addresses encoded in the log? The only way I can get the offending IP addresses is when the plugin sends me an email address.

    For example, here is the most recent locked out IP address in the log: e9a9f4c01866a054a46e43c0df0f334c
