None of the themes is loading

    Hi team,

    I just moved the website from local to http://www.cmsgo.co.uk (IIS) and I have access to the server.
    None of the themes is loading – not even in admin panel (it does display the name with a broken picture).
    After debugging with Chrome noticed that when the theme is trying to load, the path to the folder is wrong e.g. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.cmsgo.co.uk/hello-world/http://www.cmsgo.co.uk/wp-content/themes/twentyfifteen/… .
    The bit with http://www.cmsgo.co.uk is duplicated – when I manually change the link, let’s say to vie the preview ot the theme, is working.

    I need some help with what file and what code should be updated to stop the duplication of the link when the theme (any theme -any location) is loaded.
