 * As many of us know, in the Wild West of WordPress plugins, sometimes you get 
   one benefit (great plugin or great customer service), sometimes you get the other,
   and way too frequently you get neither. But very rarely do you get both a great
   plugin and great customer service.
 * This plugin (and the corresponding Instagram plugin that Smash Balloon offers)
   turns what has always been, at least for me, a hit-or-miss, time consuming headache
   into an easy process. And this ease of use required no sacrifice of customization
   and flexibility.
