Nonce problems in latest version

Not sure why, but when saving the main role editor page it triggers a nonce die error:

Are you sure you want to do this?

When I look at the post data, I see that it is sending 2 nonces, one custom from you (disabling that does nothing), and one from the settings api. I’m guessing the settings api one is causing the error:
