# Non-user specific nonces

 * Is there any need for nonces on public forms that do not require logged in users?
 * I’m adding nonces to the various forms in my plugin and came to do that for a
   public form that does not require a logged in user. It did not work as expected
   and after reading up I now realise that nonces in WordPress are user specific.
   So I’m just wondering if there is any need for nonces on public forms. If there
   is a need what is the way to generate and verify non-user specific nonces in 
   WordPress?
