• I installed this plugin with a series of other plugins without realizing that I needed Woo Commerce. No biggy, right? WRONG.

Every single page load (even when not in admin) pops up a closeable alert (or sometimes 3) telling you to activate WooCommerce. The problem is that it doesn’t identify which plugin is creating this ridiculous error. There is no indicator at all until you pour through all your plugins and find the one that A) literally delays loading of every page and then flashes the error before the page is displayed, B) puts the error in every alert and every comment window possible, and C) provides the ability to close the anonymous alert window(s), but they come right back.

It is so unprofessional and so unnerving, I won’t even give them a try once I activate WooCommerce. I can understand one alert, but if I say, I got it, leave me alone. Way too pushy and breaks user display–not acceptable.

  • To me it’s quite evident that the plugin requires woocommerce: the logo says it all. And if the logo’s not enough, just read the description.
