Non-square image support

    Unfortunately Instagram does not offer those images through their API.

    I just pushed an update (1.3.2) which should attempt to fetch the non-square, full resolution image when possible. It uses some hacking of known URL structures for their images, so there are no guarantees, but so far is working well in my testing.
