[Resolved] non-secure link created in header

  • Is there a place in the code where I can make the NextGen generated stylesheet links in the header https instead of http?

I am using the Shopp e-commerce plugin and the link generated in the header from NextGen creates a warning. I’ve deactivated NextGen and the warning went away but would really like to use this plugin in addition to Shopp.

  • what kind of warning ?

In Firefox the little lock is shown with a dash through it and when you click it to get more info it explains that some items are encrypted and others are not. When I look at the media section of this pop-up window (which shows all the linked resources) all of my linked header files are https except the link to the style information for NextGen.
Is there a way I can alter the code to force that link to be generated https?

If the theme css is no problem, I suggest that you add the NGG CSS code to your theme css file and switch off the NGG CSS file in the Gallery->Style tab

Thank you! that solved my problem!
