This is really an amazing plugin, however, with the majority of today’s users reading blogs from their tablets and mobile phones, I find it amazing that Modern Tribe has no plans to make the plugin fully responsive. I just don’t understand why. I’m not much on paying for plugins, but I would gladly pay the $50 a year for the PRO version if it’s fully responsive. It looks terrible on my iPhone as of now, so I’ll just keep what I’m currently using.

When are developers going to get it? Responsive is where it’s at and that isn’t changing anytime soon.

Thanks for writing this review, lucidfox, and for your words about the plugin. We’re glad to hear you enjoy the plugin…and your points on responsiveness are absolutely valid. We have had a ton of requests for this, so know you’re not alone in your frustration on this end.

Just to clear up something, though: responsiveness is definitely on the radar and will be coming sometime during the 3.0 lifecycle. But with the myriad of ways to implement mobile-ready or responsive design, we’re taking the time to think out the most flexible and effective approach. We haven’t reached that yet and as a result this unfortunately isn’t going to be included in the initial 3.0 build.

We’re 100% onboard with the state of the web and how responsiveness plays into that. Hopefully this helps set expectations on what to expect here. Once we’ve got that feature done and deployed, you can be certain we’ll be promoting it heavily here at dot-org and elsewhere. The demand is there and we are working to meet it best we can.

Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience, in the interim. Thanks again for your review and let me know if you have other questions / need additional support.
