I'm looking for a way to create links that when clicked woud display by default not-mobile version. For example - http://www.mysite/url woud lead to mobile and http://www.mysite/url?mode=1 woud display full-width normal site. Is is possible with this plugin ?

If not other solution woud be a way to exlude specific id pages from switching theme to mobile.

Yes, if you pass "websitez-mobile=0" it will disable. Also, "websitez-mobile=1" to enable.

Are you using a cache plugin?

I was using a cache plugin but now it is disabled - as i read about problems with w3cache and mobile detector and wanted to avoid them.

Also i'm not sure where in php code is that websitez-mobile=0 catcher thats supposed to set website to full wersion, all i've found in php is cookie setting allowing to switch wersions but i have some trouble using it for my purpose.
