I’ve spent 3 hours to determin that the international shiping method is only a premium feauture.

I entered my PayPal address but paypal payment gateway option is not available for the cart. I have to assume this is premium also?

Doesn’t appear to be a way to reduce shipping cost as items are added to the cart. is this premium also?

Premium features are fine, when you know what they are. Who has time to discover which features are availble through trial and error?
