Non funziona più

Ciao a tutti,
utilizzo Contact Form 7 da alcuni anni sul mio sito ed ha sempre funzionato.

Ultimamente non ho più ricevuto richieste di informazioni da parte dei visitatori così ho fatto un test di contact form e mi sono resa conto che non funziona più.
Perchè? Cosa devo fare?
