Non functional with Banggood

I paid for the full version to be able to use it with Banggood. Despite the fact that they claim to support if via web app it does not work. Te import show us as “successful”, but no products are appearing. Customer support does not exist, you cannot ask for refund from the plug int page and to the emails they do not respond. Complete waste of time.
