Non existant support

Purchased the Pro version. After several months, I found that I was unable to edit existing snippets nor could I cut and paste. Tried deactivating all othe plugins and reinstalling the Pro plugin.

I raised the issue with support a few weeks ago. They suggested deactivating plugins, etc. Despite several prompts I have not heard anything from them. Trying to get a refund since this plugin does not work.
