1st, do not use reviews for support questions. I have moved your review to support section.

2nd, plugin and theme authors (and even WordPress core developers!) are not responsible for translations and usually not doing that, except for the languages they speak themselves natively.

3rd, translations are handled by community. In the means of the plugin usage scope – plugin users, just as you are. I see there are many people who contributed to this plugin translation into Italian. Also there are many strings, 90% of which are to be translated in order to make language pack available for italian users. You can contribute too:

@fierevere Thank you for the moderation, I really appreciate it!

@giosef3 I understand the frustration you may feel as an Italian that the majority of WordPress plugins are in English.

However, in the case of Site Reviews I can offer you three solutions:

Solution 1: Site Reviews allows you to change any frontend text of the plugin in the plugin settings. If your website is not multilingual (i.e. it has only one language, Italian), then this is an easy solution for you.

Solution 2: If your website is a multilingual website (i.e. it has more than one language), use the Loco Translate plugin to create your own Italian translation of the plugin. This is a little more work, but it gives you complete control over the Italian text that is used.

Solution 3: As mentioned above, translations for Site Reviews are handled by community. As an Italian who appears to be passionate about Italian translations for plugins, why not give something back to the WordPress community and contribute the translation yourself? https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/it/default/wp-plugins/site-reviews/
