Is your plugin the best solution to create these templates? The same template will be used on multiple pages within the site. People(volunteers in this case) should be able to login to the WP admin and fill in the fields before publishing the page but the rest of the content would be non-editable. No need for 'submit' options, etc. The fields below were originally in a matrix but I couldn't find a way to attach the doc. to this post.

Template for Volunteer_List (One page with template per school; 40 rows maximum)

Volunteer’s Name Email phone number Teacher 1 Teacher 2

Template for Volunteer_Team (20 teachers/pages maximum per school, each with its own copy of the template; 10 rows maximum including teacher row. )

Teacher: (fill in full name here)
Lead Volunteer’s Name: (fill in full name here)
Supporting Volunteers’ Names: (fill in full name here)
