    I uploaded an image that was 6000 x 4000 and 14.4MB

The plugin failed but did not report the problem, File Monitor reported a PHP error:

POST Content-Length of 15140487 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes

Can you intercept this and give an error message back to the user?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It’s not an issue that I am able to replicate on default WordPress install, so I am guessing there may be some server configuration or other factor that is interfering. Here is a guide that I wrote that explains a bit more about all of the possible things that can cause issues with file uploads. Hopefully it helps. Let me know if I can provide any further infos, questions, etc. Glad to help anytime.

    Thank you

I notice that my version of USP does not have:
Uploads tab > Maximum file size
    Can you add this?
Presumably this would prevent this happening

Correct, the free version includes min/max width and height for image uploads. Min/max file size is a feature of the pro version.
