    Really like the plugin so far.

    We sell services. Some via woo-commerce, some outside of website or in person. But all are customers. Is there a way to request a review from a recent or past customer that did not pay via woocommerce on website? They may already have an account (in fact we prefer that) before leaving a review.

    Alternatively, is it possible for a guest to leave a review on a product or the shop or even a page or post?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible. Currently, our plugin can request reviews only based on WooCommerce orders. We plan to add offline reviews functionality in the future but it is a bit further ahead in our development pipeline.

    Guests can leave reviews, if you enable guest checkout in WooCommerce and they create an order in WooCommerce.
