Non-admins no longer able to see Jetpack stats

Since the last update, my Editor level users have been unable to view stats. The widget no longer appears on their dashboard, and the Jetpack menu item doesn’t have further levels. If they go directly to the stats URL they’re told access is denied.

All Editor level users used to be able to view the stats (or so I’m told – I didn’t log in at that level).

Is there any way to restore access to them?
