Non-admin users cannot see file list

I am a very, very novice user, so please forgive any stupid terminology here. I have developed my first WordPress website and I am using the WP-Filebase plugin to show/search lists of pdfs on my COA Request and MSDS Request pages. I have uploaded these files using WP-Filebase and, when I login as an administrator, I can see and search the lists fine. But, any other login gets “No data available in table”.

I’m sure it has to do with permissions somewhere, but, not sure where I can change that. Website is set up for test currently at http://www.aquasolutions.org/aquanew.
