• hi tatvic

    i’m using latest version of this plugin together with Yoast google analytics plugin

    based on reading your response to some posts here, I added this custom code in the yoast plugin settings :

    __gaTracker( function() {
    window.ga = __gaTracker;
    });

    ga(“require”, “ec”, “ec.js”);

    first line is to replace __gtracker with ga.
    second line is to add ec.js support.

    currently the universal analytics option is checked in both plugins
    and I can see it registers the “sessions with product views” in GA dashboard but doesn’t register “add to cart” actions.

    can you please advise?

    an update:
    I was able to make the plugin work based on above code but I dont see “sessions with add to cart” stats. I’m able to see the rest of stats though (product view, checkout, transaction).

    any idea?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay in my response.

    We’ll have a quick look at your store to troubleshoot the issue and get back to you soon. By the time, can you share with us the view level access of your GA account to analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com, so that we can look into the stats as well??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks:)
