[resolved] Noindex Subscription Confirmation... How to do this? (5 posts)

I am updated to the latest version of Mailpoet. I am using the Yoast SEO plugin and can make sure Mailpoet pages are excluded from the sitemap.

However, since the confirmation page is auto-generated by the MailPoet plugin and not available to see in our WP dashboard as an actual page, there isn't a way to automatically add a noindex. I just launched a site this past week and the Mailpoet default subscription confirmation page is already indexed.

How can we noindex this page?

    Thanks!

    Hello Pgale2,

In order to display the confirmation page from your admin do the following:

    1 - Go to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Geeky option
2 - Turn on the Debug mode to the mode "Extra Data"
3 - A new menu will show up in your sidebar called "MailPoet Page"

I supposed this should be enough to add the no-index then.

    Cheers!

In which sidebar? Where exactly? My sidebar has not changed …

Sorry about the confusion, Ben meant "a new menu will show up on your WordPress Dashboard", not sidebar.
