Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Those pages are supposed to be set as noindex and shouldn’t be included in the sitemap. You can easily exclude them from the sitemap, first enable Advanced Mode in the Rank Math dashboard:

Then, add the page id in the option to exclude posts/pages in Rank math > Sitemap Settings > General, as shown:

Once done, exclude the sitemaps from caching and re-submit the sitemap_index.xml
and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.

I know I can remove the theme manually from the sitemap, but this process should be done automatically, not by me!
