Nofollow, Sponsored tags not saving

Hello there. My primary objective in using your plugin is to ad the sponsored and/or nofollow designation to links. However, I have noticed that neither one of those options “sticks” after I save and exit. I’ll click the link, switch on open new tab and nofollow and sponsored, exit out. It’ll show that it has saved correctly. But I go back the following day and only the open in new tab ticker is still on. I’m baffled, though I suspect it may not be playing well with RankMath which has a nofollow option. Any ideas as to how to fix this issue?
