Nofollow, NoIndex Yoast setting reverts to the previous setting

My WP SEO By Yoast plugin post settings revert to the previous setting even after updating several times. I cleared cache, tried incognito, but still the problem persists. See this page: http://prntscr.com/40jcs4

How to solve this issue?
