    Sorry you are having troubles. Can you be a little more specific? If you emailed the premium support group, they will likely get back to you quickly. I don’t access that email box here. I’d love to try and help. What is it that you cannot do?

    I emailed Mark but you should be able to see that NOC3 is not behaving nicely right now. Speak to Mark. Noc3 would be causing a denial of service on my server it it were less powerful. I don´t think you or your other clients want that do you.

    Replied to your emails. Just wanted to add a note that noc3 is running fine and I’m working this issue with Simon via email so marking this resolved.
