    Error: (125) Unable to compress your backup because there is
   no zip utility available. Please contact support
 * Does this plugin need an external Zip utility to function?
 * Also does this free version do a ReStore?

 * That error means there is no zip utility installed on your host. The zip utility
   is used to compress your backups and is required. You will need to contact your
   host and request that they install one or allow your site to use it. Most hosts
   will do this with a simple email request.
