After hitting send , “Your Message has been sent successfully” does not appear in Explorer or Aol browser

This is could be due to a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see JavaScript Conflict Problems for guidance on how to investigate this.

I am getting a infinite loading issue when I submitted the form. That is it showing loading for infinite time but no reslut. Can anybody please help me in this regard?
