# No “X” button

 * I have the “X” close icon turned on, but it is not showing. I have tried inside
   and outside, but the same is happening.

 * I could notice the issue on your site, don’t see its due to cache. Possible to
   share the export of the poup, so that we could check what exact setting might
   be causing the issue?

 * I checked the pop-up settings and noticed the following Custom CSS at Appearance
   >> Custom CSS, which was causing the issue.
 * `/* Hide the close (X) button. */ .hustle-button-icon.hustle-button-close { display:
   none; }`
 * Please remove the CSS or disable the Custom CSS option, which should help resolve
   the issue on your website.
