# No withdrawal button

 * Hello!
 * I’m testing WCFM marketplace plugin to start using it. However, I don’t get the
   Withdrawal button in vendor view to create withdrawals.
 * * Settings -> Modules -> Withdrawal = ON
    * Settings -> Withdrawal mode = Manual*
   Capability -> Withdrawal has everything ON
 * The vendor I am testing with has
    * Withdrawal mode = By Global Rule * two orders
   that should qualify for withdrawal (by status, I don’t have limits or thresholds).
 * However, there is just no Withdrawal button. What could the problem be?

 * As you have setup withdrawal “by status” so no withdrawal button is there. For
   this settings manual settings is disabled.

 * Sorry, if I wasn’t clear enough.
    “Withdrawal Mode” = “Manual Withdrawal” not“
   By Order Status”
 * I do have set “Allowed Order Status for Withdrawal” = Completed
    What I meant
   was that I have two orders in Completed status so it should be possible to withdraw.
