There’s a setting under the Help area to clear settings on uninstall.

If you enable that then make sure you deactivate and hit delete via the installed plugins area for it to trigger it will wipe the plugin settings also.
Regarding not showing the fields, so you aren’t seeing the Wholesale Price entry field on any products?
Create a new Simple product to see if it’s there. Should look something like this:

Thanks for the quick response!
Yes, we can’t see the wholesale price input field but can see most of the other fields. It jumps from sales price (woo standard field) to wholesale minimum required quantity. No wholesale price input field. Looks like all other fields of your plugin are there.
We will try your suggestions regarding deleting and re-installing and will let you know in an hour.

No problems, if you can send a screenshot that would help.
It sounds like there is something weird going on with the user role that should be created.
Also just ensure you have both the free and premium plugin installed and activated.
I’m about to sign off for the day, but the support crew can handle this if it’s still playing up on re-testing.
Just send a message through on the support form with some temporary admin creds to take a look.
