    I use Woo Subscriptions since 2022.

    I want to update my plug but can’t find a way to do it. I should install the Ipdate Manager to connect my shop. But that doesn’t work. I have installed the Update Manager. When I click on “connect” I end up on a blank page at wordpress.org when I log in. I can’t find a way to get the current plug for a manual update and not an automatic one. I’ve been researching for hours now and I’m just confused on the Woo pages. What can I do to update my plugin?

    Please ensure you connect your store to the WooCommerce.com account you used to purchase the extension. If you can’t find the plugin after logging in, maybe you’re not in the correct account. Can you please check your email records to make sure?

    If you’re still having issues, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. As per the [forum guidelines], no support for premium extensions is provided here, but we will be happy to assist you further from there.

    Many thanks. I already had the correct login details. But when I entered this again manually, it worked. I was able to update the plugin. However, there are conflicts. In the Woo Shop at the product level and in my timetable at the course level, my design is destroyed and the default theme design is applied. Do you have an idea what this could be?

    I’m glad you got the account details and the latest version of the plugin now. If I understand correctly, your site broke after updating the WooCommerce subscription plugin. If so, kindly open a ticket as instructed so our Happiness Engineers can help you troubleshoot this.
