There only seems to be the ability to create new custom audiences, but not to edit them or view any data about them. Since we can’t edit the audiences once they’re sent to FB either (because FB doesn’t allow that and shows the error “This rule was created through API or third party applications. It contains syntax that we currently don’t support in our interface.”), there seems to be NO WAY to edit the audience at all. If that’s the case, that really defeats the small benefit of creating the audience in the WP plugin instead of in FB Ads Manager. Please advise if I’m missing something.

    Hi,

the custom audience should always be editable from the admin of Pixel Caffeine. After you create a custom audience, you should see a table with the CAs created, with the button actions. From the admin, you will continue to be able to edit the rules and everything else.

If you don’t see them, it might be some error during the custom audience creation. Please activate the debug mode in your WordPress installation (more info https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and try to create a new CA.
Paste here the error code will appear so I can understand the reason of the issue and try to find a solution.

I have the same problem. Brand new installation and everything went ok. Created several custom audiences in the PC interface, and I get confirmation they are created (green bar at the top), but they do not appear in the Plugin interface. I can see them in Facebook but can’t edit them there either with the same message as above.

Tried turning on Debug, there are no error messages.

I checked the wpop_aepc_custom_audiences database, there are no entries.

    Hi,

    sorry for the late response!

Firstly, please ensure you have the latest version of the plugin.
Secondly, are you able to check in the server logs? I’m wondering if there is some error during the creation that might be logged into the server.

    Let me know, thanks.
