No Way to Contact Company / Impossible to Cancel Service

This company provides a decent product but has absolutely zero contact options. If you attempt to cancel services you will need to contact Constant Contact customer support which provides the backend for CreativeMail. CreativeMail does not have contact information for support or billing. Even after speaking with Constant Contact to cancel our subscription, our company was still being charged for services. Constant Contact representatives confirmed they have NO option to contact Creativemail. To cancel our subscription I was directed to call the Constant Contact Web Development Department and request to be removed from Creativemail. This is unacceptable. To be honest, this is clearly a scam to generate income without having the manpower to support clients, or in other words, this is a revenue farm.
