  • If you’re using both, they are probably conflicting.

If not, look in Google Analytics -> General Settings -> Debugging Data, for possible errors (at the end of the log, there is a section called Last error).

I have the same problem. 2 visits to my site showing up about a week ago, but now it’s not showing anything. Jetpack is showing visits. I’m using Hueman theme with a child theme. Can you help?

Hi mrajv2014, did you done: “Google Analytics -> General Settings -> Debugging Data” that?

@whichtransfers you have the tracking code inserted multiple times in your webpages, you should check that out.

@mrajv2014 you can’t compare those two, the only way to do a reliable test is to follow the steps described here: https://deconf.com/check-google-analytics-tracking-works/

Thanks, I’ve run through your test. When I look at my GA admin panel in ‘real time’ I can see the browsing activity from my incognito window. However, I don’t see any activity from the plugin dashboard. I’ve checked the tracking code and it appears once in every page. Do you know what else I can check now?
    My website is tracinggreen.uk

    1. It’s a general issue, or only with the Real-Time stats? Do you see anything in today’s stats?

    2. Are you using any Adblockers on your browsers or do you see any “Unavailable report” messages

    and finally

    3. Are there any errors at the end of Debugging Data log (Google Analytics -> General Settings -> Debugging Data)
