    Hello all together,

I’ve found an interesting problem. I received the hint that the fonts on my blog were not https’ed. I’ve corrected it. Since I know you are German, you can read it here.

Since this my blog works like a charm, but I have difficulties with WP-Matomo which was not updated for a long time. First, my Matomo installation did not track visitors anymore. So I reinstalled the plugin. Now, Matomo seems to track correctly, but the plugin does not show the correcty views in the posts list in WordPress:

But of course, there were visits:

Btw, no article in the posts list has any views count. So I think tere must be ay misconfiguration.

What could be the issue? And how can I resolve this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Henning

WP-Matomo does not show a view count in the post overview. Looks like you are using an additional plugin there, aren’t you? What does the “fire” symbol mean beside the count? Maybe this will give you a hint.

Did you check the WP-Matomo statistics page? Does it show all measures as expected?

    Hi,

thank you for your reply. Compared with the MATOMO installation, the plugin shows the same. But I wondered what this “views” column does.
The “fire” symbol shows how popular an article is. I didn’t notice this before I installed MATOMO. And so I thought, “views” belongs to your plugin.
I double-checked (or checked thrice or so) if this belongs to another plugin, but I can’t imagine any.
I switched the “views” off by editing the view of the posts list. This is OK for me. And so we can close this.
    Thanks again.

    Cheers
    Henning
