Hi,

in a website that uses LS cache plugin for 2 years without a problem and without changing something (despite that I use a valid sitemap), suddenly I got the provided error in the crawler. See images:

I use latest versions on all of my plugins and core WP 6.8

Try these steps:
delete the sitemap link, save settings
Purge all cache
Log out then login back
Add sitemap link back and try crawling

No luck,

I did the steps and carefully delete everything.

When I returned to crawler it tells me to add the sitemap (https://ibb.co/d0LhNqCb) but when I add it I got the same errors

@dionysios please create a report from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”
And share the ID with me.

@dionysios Did you tested the sitemap incognito? https://****/sitemap_index.xml it seems is not loading, showing 404.
Maybe sitemap link changed

Thank you for the correct observation. Despite that the sitemap itself didn’t have problem. The problem solved with these steps:
1. I had created a 404 template with elementor. I disable it and again added the rule for 404 pages.
2. I disable totally LS cache plugin. Then I enable it again.
After that sitemap was indexed.
