 * we’re a memebership site unfortunately the user widget stays empty. Do I need
   to activate anything.

 * I do get usernames now but they drip in very slow as compared to Piwik which 
   I’m running in parallel. Any reason for this

   mode)

 * What version are you running? Could you make sure you don’t have any mysql errors?
