    Hi,

I’m trying to use Pronamic together with Ninja Forms. Everything works except when I do a test payment the user is not stored in the payment list. There is a row with a payment number, transaction, amount and date but the customer stays empty. Only when I’m logged in the actual logged in user is saved. Is this how it’s supposed to work? I would like to see the name of the customer when they buy something, is that possible? I don’t want them to have an account first…
The data is correctly stored in the Ninja Form database.

With the Ninja Forms integration, there is no way yet to link form fields to the corresponding customer data of a payment. However, it’s already on our feature requests list and I expect this to be added in a future update (I’ve added your vote).

It is indeed correct that customer details are automatically complemented from logged in WordPress users.

    Thank you, good to know!
So the only option yet to get the user information is by following the payment ID? I can work with that 🙂

Yes and if form entries are stored (Store Submission action) you can click on the “source ID” in the payments overview to go to the form entry.

Perfect! I use the store submission action so that will work together! Thank you 🙂
