No user can login | WordPress.org

All users are effectively locked out of my website. Resetting the password doesn’t help, nor does creating a fresh user with me, the admin, creating the password help. Users are able to reset their password, it just won’t let them login.

Try to deactivate a cache plugin and check again.

Turning off Google reCaptcha resolved the problem. Now I need to figure out why that’s the issue.
