No upload, no error

  • I just noticed that uploads aren’t working on one of my blogs. When I attempt to upload a file – any file – it takes the usual amount of time to receive the file, but then it loops back to the upload form, with no error. Perms are correct and upload is actually working on other blogs on the server. Any help?

  • When you upload something, it *will* loop back to the uploads form. Are you saying nothing is appearing (if it’s an image – if it something else, then you’ll get a little notification that it’s there) after the upload is done? If so, have you tried clearing your cache? Maybe check your server error logs? Seems odd that you aren’t getting an error at all…is error-reporting turned on for PHP? That may help, too.

Nothing is appearing in the available resources panel (thumbnails, other file references), files aren’t appearing in the upload folder, thumbnails aren’t being created. There’s seems to be a problem with file copy operations, but no error message is being sent, and as I mentioned perms are fine.

im having the same problem.. except smaller files and pictures are working fine. ive been trying to upload large (approx. 25mb) mp3 and video files, but the form loops back to empty fields. no error message. no confirmation. and no files appearing in the upload folder or showing up in the uploads management section.

anyone know how to fix this?
