• Since the last update im getting this when i login or try to access the admin panel for one of my clients sites. please advise the link added wp-admin/update-core.php i tried adding something else but it redirects to the smae message page.

    If you are using any sort of caching element, like a plugin, Cloudflare, or something server-side like Varnish or Memcache, make sure that you clear it.

    If the cache is controlled by your hosting provider, there is usually a way to clear it in your hosting account’s control panel, or you can always contact their support department to do it for you.

    Thank you James. I was facing this issue in Siteground. I had Supercacher and Memcached running on the website where I was getting the error. Flushed the cache. Everything back to normal, I can access the Dashboard again. Thank you so much.
