    Sorry for the late reply.

    I’m not sure why WordPress.org doesn’t notify me when there’s a support thread, hence the delay in support.

    There hasn’t been any update because it’s still working as intended, and therefore doesn’t require patching.

    Anyway, I answered your question in the support forum. The plugin is working and outputting the correct FAQ Schema code. However, it’s up to Google’s algorithm to decide whether to serve it as rich snippet in the search result page.
