No update button on “CSS/JS Manager” Tab

@jeromecanape the only explanation I could find is the fact that another plugin interferes with it and hides it somehow. Can you view the HTML source code and look for the actual button? If it’s there, then it’s obviously a CSS or JS issue (e.g. one of the files from another plugin is altering something that makes the button invisible).
