    Hi There,

    sinds 3 weeks the plugin doesn’t track any e-commerce order completion when the order is placed from a desktop.
    Orders made in mobile are working fine.

    Can you help me?

    We tried to look for the plugin on your website but seems, it is deactivated. Please activate the plugin and post us.

    Hi @mykitchenneedsnl,

    We just checked again and found the plugin active. Then we tested the plugin working till the checkout page and observed that data are getting tracked correctly. Here is the screenshot for reference.

    Further, we could not check the working of the plugin at the thankyou page due to the payment restrictions. And just FYI, here we cannot ask for the information required to place a test order due to the WordPress forum policies. And if the mode of communication would have been different one then we could have asked for the required information.

    Hope you understand our limitations here.

    Hi Tatvic,

    it worked for a few days, now it still tracks but not all conversions.
    Can i check some settings somewhere? Might you have some tips and trics.

    Dear Michael,

    Could you please check for the below points and make sure none of them is occurring on the thankyou page:

    1) Js or Jquery issue.
    2) JS minification happening via a cache plugin.
    3) Non-standard Thankyou page URL.

    Just FYI, The standard thankyou page URL should be like https://Domain_Name/checkout/order-received/99999/?key=wc_order_XxXXxxXXXxXxx

    4) Incomplete loading of thankyou page.
    5) Extra GA tracking snippet(other than Tatvic’s).
    6) Product types other than the simple type.

    If any of the above points related issue is there then please resolve that to overcome the missing conversions issue.

    Also, we would like to mention that we would have helped with the exact reason if the mode of communication would have been another one.
